Absolutely horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live at Bella Grace. The fire department is on the other side of the street so you hear the sirens at all hours of the day and night. The bar is loud at night. The walls are thin so you hear everything. The management style is by far the worst. We were a day late ONE time for rent, and they posted a 3 day eviction notice on our door. We did not continue our contract and moved out the soonest we could. They wacked us with a bogus $500 paint fee in which we didn’t agree to pay. They are now trying to get $760 from us and sent it to debt collectors. Oh on top of that, we were charged a second bill for the direct tv service they make you sign up for. I wish we never moved into Bella Grace, but lesson learned.

We've had nothing but problems when dealing with management. We truly feel that we are being taken advantage of and are stuck in a contract so there is nothing to do about it.
