These seem like nice townhouses. The garages are a bit tight facing each other. There is no smoking allowed on the property at all. Pet friendly. There are little dog poop bag dispensers. They keep the laws and sidewalks maintained all year. Looks to be a nice place to live.

Great townhome. I’m really sad to leave due to relocation. Quiet neighborhood and great location near the library, cute shops, post office, and police department. Close to the park and easy access to watch local parades, the Strawberry Days celebrations, and concerts in the park. The property is well-maintained and the property manager, Lanell F has been terrific for the last few years while I lived at Bella Grace. Quick, responsive, friendly staff and I only have positive things to say about Bella Grace and Lanell. If I were ever to return to Pleasant Grove, I would definitely want to live at this property again.

The staff there is so friendly and welcomed me and my son into the home. They left a gift for us after we got the keys to the house. I had to have maintenance come and replace a light bulb and fix the toilets and someone came out pretty quick to fix the issues and left a work order letting me know what they fixed. We got a Christmas gift too!

We have LOVED living here for the past four years. I have dealt with our property manager Lanelle quite a bit, she is always responsive and helpful with any inquiries I have. As a bonus she is nice, and fun to talk to. The maintenance man, Oswaldo, is always on top of maintenance requests. He is respectful and quick to help. We will gladly stay here for another few years. :)

I have been living in Bella Grace for the last two and a half years and I can’t say enough good things about the property or the location. Lanell is the best property manager I’ve ever had and I’m always surprised by how fast Oswaldo responds when I need some help. A nice quiet location that is also close to everything, I love it!

Our family lived at Bella Grace for a year and a half and it was really nice. I was worried after reading some of the negative reviews but our experience living there was great! Lynell was always very kind and helpful and she explained the contract to us very clearly. Upon move out the amount withheld was fair and was exactly what was outlined in our contract. The rent and utilities were easy to pay online and we appreciated that the tv and internet services were installed prior to move in because it was available for us the first day and wasn’t a hassle when we moved out. The maintenance man works hard to keep up the property and is prompt if maintenance work is needed. We would definitely recommend Bella Grace!

The office staff has always been so friendly and helpful and the maintenance guy keeps the community clean and is always there if you need anything fixed! My wife and I moved to Pleasant Grove, Utah, from Abilene, Texas. We had four places picked out, based upon the images and price we were able to find online. When we flew up - before the move - to check those four places out...we were horribly disappointed. My wife looked online, again, and we had driven through Pleasant Grove several times while we looked at other places nearby, so she focused her search here. She stumbled upon the Bella Grace Townhomes, and we setup an appointment to take a look, not expecting much, but at the same time still very hopeful. When we pulled up, we knew things were going to be different from our previous experiences. When we walked in, we knew right away this was going to be the place. For what we were going to end up paying at the other places, for less space, we were able to get a townhome with Bella Grace. We have no regrets. Huge open living space, great master bedroom, and the two car attached garage are more than we could have asked for. We have already had family and friends over and they cannot get over the size and the quality of our place. Great place to live!
