Our family lived at Bella Grace for a year and a half and it was really nice. I was worried after reading some of the negative reviews but our experience living there was great! Lynell was always very kind and helpful and she explained the contract to us very clearly. Upon move out the amount withheld was fair and was exactly what was outlined in our contract. The rent and utilities were easy to pay online and we appreciated that the tv and internet services were installed prior to move in because it was available for us the first day and wasn’t a hassle when we moved out. The maintenance man works hard to keep up the property and is prompt if maintenance work is needed. We would definitely recommend Bella Grace!

We have lived at the Bella Grace townhomes in Pleasant Grove, Utah with our pets for over 3 years. We Love the design of the town home and the location! The management team has been great to work with. They are professional and quick to respond to any needs.

We have lived here three years now and we have had a wonderful experience. The office staff has always been so friendly and helpful and the maintenance guy keeps the community clean and is always there if you need anything fixed! We have really enjoyed living here, it is a great location and I would recommend it to anyone!

My wife and I moved to Pleasant Grove, Utah, from Abilene, Texas. We had four places picked out, based upon the images and price we were able to find online. When we flew up - before the move - to check those four places out...we were horribly disappointed. My wife looked online, again, and we had driven through Pleasant Grove several times while we looked at other places nearby, so she focused her search here. She stumbled upon the Bella Grace Townhomes, and we setup an appointment to take a look, not expecting much, but at the same time still very hopeful. When we pulled up, we knew things were going to be different from our previous experiences. When we walked in, we knew right away this was going to be the place. For what we were going to end up paying at the other places, for less space, we were able to get a townhome with Bella Grace. We have no regrets. Huge open living space, great master bedroom, and the two car attached garage are more than we could have asked for. We have already had family and friends over and they cannot get over the size and the quality of our place. Great place to live!
