My wife and I moved to Pleasant Grove, Utah, from Abilene, Texas. We had four places picked out, based upon the images and price we were able to find online. When we flew up - before the move - to check those four places out...we were horribly disappointed. My wife looked online, again, and we had driven through Pleasant Grove several times while we looked at other places nearby, so she focused her search here. She stumbled upon the Bella Grace Townhomes, and we setup an appointment to take a look, not expecting much, but at the same time still very hopeful.
When we pulled up, we knew things were going to be different from our previous experiences. When we walked in, we knew right away this was going to be the place. For what we were going to end up paying at the other places, for less space, we were able to get a townhome with Bella Grace. We have no regrets. Huge open living space, great master bedroom, and the two car attached garage are more than we could have asked for. We have already had family and friends over and they cannot get over the size and the quality of our place.
