I love how big and open it is! The little dock style trails are super fun to walk around as well.

I love how I’m taken care of, here at Bella Grace. I called about an air conditioning issue and our awesome maintenance manager came over instantly! A call for repair was put in and it was fixed first thing in the morning. Thank you for all the personal care that we as tenants receive in our fine little community. Our family lived at Bella Grace for a year and a half and it was really nice. I was worried after reading some of the negative reviews but our experience living there was great! Lynell was always very kind and helpful and she explained the contract to us very clearly. Upon move out the amount withheld was fair and was exactly what was outlined in our contract. The rent and utilities were easy to pay online and we appreciated that the tv and internet services were installed prior to move in because it was available for us the first day and wasn’t a hassle when we moved out. The maintenance man works hard to keep up the property and is prompt if maintenance work is needed. We would definitely recommend Bella Grace!

We have lived at the Bella Grace townhomes in Pleasant Grove, Utah with our pets for over 3 years. We Love the design of the town home and the location! The management team has been great to work with. They are professional and quick to respond to any needs.

We have lived here three years now and we have had a wonderful experience. The office staff has always been so friendly and helpful and the maintenance guy keeps the community clean and is always there if you need anything fixed! We have really enjoyed living here, it is a great location and I would recommend it to anyone!
